Dear Enviro-Mich,

Please help me to spread the word about an interesting Ph.D. opportunity.

I am seeking someone with policy experience and/or education (political 
science, law) to undertake a 3 years research project under my 
direction.  The focus is the legal framework for fisheries policy and 
management in the Great Lakes Basin.  It will involve library research and 
interviewing policy makers in state/provincial, national, and international 
bodies.
