A couple of additional thoughts.

I remember having read somewhere about a chemical/sealant something that can be sprayed to water surface areas to prevent contaminants from the water going airborne.  Does anyone have any  info on this?

Also, what is the treatment-regulations for sulfur for water discharge permits in Michigan?
