Folks,

Yesterday Gubernatorial hopeful, Lt. Guv Dick Posthumus unveiled his
"Marshall Plan" for Michigan's Great Lakes.  Below is a link to a story by
the Macomb Daily which captured both the plan and the environmental
community's response.

For those that would like to read the plan, it can be found on his webpage.
It should be noted that many of the central proposals - such as a $1 billion
bond initiative for sewer upgrades he had little to do with.
