Sentinels” Will Begin Monitoring Water Quality Downstream of Animal

light of the State of Michigan’s failure to proactively monitor water
quality as promised in January 2002 in streams surrounding animal factories, the
Sierra Club and impacted residents near Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations
will spearhead their own volunteer water monitoring program. Monitoring to begin in hotspots around
