E-M:/ Program on WomenQuest's Trip to North Pole.

Enviro-Mich message from "Rick Pearsall" <Rick@Pearsall.com>

The Crossroads Group of the Sierra Club is proud to present a program on
WomenQuest's Trip to North Pole.

Come to the Brighton District Library, Oct 23rd at 7:00 pm and experience
the Arctic through the slides and video of Lynn Bartley as she takes us on
the first WomenQuest trip, which is also the first time 12 women ever skied
unsupported to the North Pole!

Lynn Bartley, a 53-year-old Associate Principal in the Haslett School
district first learned of the "Polar Trek" from the newspaper and decided
she "couldn't not go". Rearranging her hectic spring schedule to be gone for
a month was no easy task - but well worth it as Lynn will undoubtedly
convince us all.

This Crossroads Group of the Sierra Club program is free and the public is
welcome. For information about this program, or the Crossroads Group,
please call 810.227.6298 and ask for Rick. Or check out the Crossroad's
Group website at
