Graduate Course in Environmental Dispute Resolution
Instructors: Craig Hupp and John Tatum
John Tatum and Craig Hupp will be offering a graduate 3-credit hour seminar in Environmental Dispute Resolution at Wayne State beginning in January, 2003. The seminar will cover disputes arising under the major environmental laws, review the characteristics distinguishing environmental disputes and consider effective dispute resolution processes. A substantial portion of the course will involve environmental negotiation games. The course will be of interest to law students, dispute resolution students and professionals involved in the areas of environment, land use and public policy, and pollution prevention / remediation. Course details are provided below. The course will have limited enrollment, so register early.
Mssrs. Hupp and Tatum are environmental attorneys with substantial experience in environmental dispute resolution in a variety of contexts.
