RE: E-M:/ A possible home for Johnny

Perhaps the Englers would be interested in a nice river-front home on
the lovely Pine River in Alma or perhaps St. Louis - located in the
Lower Peninsula's geographic center, the Middle of the Mitten, where
decades of discharges by Velsicol Chemical Corp. and by the Total
Petroleum, Inc., (TPI, Inc.) oil refinery have turned the river into a
toxic soup???? It was John Engler's own administration that hammered
out the deal with TPI, Inc. that will leave the community and future
generations, and the next administration, with the petroleum hydrocarbon
mess that still exists in the almost-dead Pine River.

Surrounded by recovering woodlands in many places, the river is actually
quite beautiful to look at, and still has many of its original winding
meanders in place. The triplets could even learn to fish there, should
their parents be so inclined, as long as they are told about the
no-consumption fish advisory that has existed since 1974, and that
likely will exist for decades into the future, long after the Superfund
site in St. Louis is "cleaned up".

Or they could live in one of the manufactured homes that Landon & Co.
are plopping down all over the State of Michigan.

Or, the Englers could purchase one of the farmhouses mid-way between
Vreba-Hoff I and Vreba-Hoff II, the two largest dairy CAFOs here. With
one just to the east, the other just to the west, they could experience,

ah, country air, all seasons of the year, whichever way the wind blows.

Welcome to Hudson, ex-Gov. Engler! Smell our dairy-air!
