Dear Friends:
If you or your organization is opposed to the EDS Hazardous Waste Deep Injection Well it is imperative that you formally submit your objections to the EPA before the end of the public comment period on May 16, 2003. Scientific and or other substantive remarks and arguments will provide the most effective impact.
It is recommended that you attend and speak at the new public hearing to be set sometime in late April in order to demonstrate to the EPA the full breadth of the opposition. The extension of the comment period and a new public hearing is a great victory in a long hard fought battle, but we must keep up the fight!
