An article today in the Miami Herald suggests John Engler is one of four
in the running for the EPA administrator position -- the other three: 

Florida Environmental Protection Secretary David Struhs 
deputy EPA administrator Linda Fisher
the auto industry's chief Washington lobbyist, Josephine Cooper.
