I had the chance opportunity to sit next to the biologist
who is quoted in this story on a trip to Wash DC a couple
of year's ago.  

If you are concerned about Great Lakes fisheries, this
is  a truly a shocking story.....about how diporeia, a shrimp-like
bottom of the food chain creature in the Great Lakes, is
being wiped out with dire consequences for Great Lakes fish.
