Michigan State University Extension, MSU Department of Fisheries & 
Wildlife, and the Michigan Lake & Stream Association are holding the second 
Lake and Stream Leader's Institute during 2004.   This six seminar series 
covers issues relevant to community water resource leaders.  Topics 
include: Leadership, Local Government, State Government, Watershed 
Management, Lake Ecology, and Stream Ecology.  The six classes are held at
