No experience needed – all training, equipment and snacks provided

9:00AM           Meet at Alma College (Geology Lab, Dow Kapp Rm 234) for        Training & Orientation, all new participants receive free T-Shirt! 


10:30AM         Pass Out Equipment, Depart for Monitoring Sites


1 – 2:00PM      Return for Invertebrate Identification, Site Scoring, and Pizza lunch


All data and photos will be displayed at Public Meetings this spring about the cleanup of the Velsicol Chemical Superfund Site on the Pine River in St. Louis.  


Public Meeting Schedule to be announced in the next few weeks — watch your local papers and the Sierra Club website for more information about the Public Hearing—your opportunity to give and hear public comment.
