At long last we know the truth. The Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH) is going out of the fish-advisory business.
At least for now and, quite possibly, the foreseeable future -- the result of misguided legislative priorities in attempting to pare down the state budget. The result is that Michigan anglers and their families will now be left to guess which fish are healthy to eat and which might have dire consequences. |
