E-M:/ Granholm / dove hunting

Enviro-Mich message from "Alex J. Sagady & Associates" <ajs@sagady.com>

This from Jennifer Granholm who said she wouldn't permit
dove hunting during the campaign...

Looks like Granholm is taking the DLC "forget about
the base" approach to governing, where issuing "clean
corporate citizen" designations is more important than publishing
public health warnings on fish contamination,
Dow gets their way on chlorinated dibenzo-dioxin/furan
contamination, private property owners on the shoreline
are allowed to trash emergent Great Lakes shoreline wetlands,
DEQ issues permits to pollute to concentrated animal
feeding operations, and there is no strong leader in the
governor's chair to counter the Republican anti-environmental
mob in the Michigan House.
