Another killer article from Tom Henry at the
Toledo Blade.... on power plant fish kills.  Monroe power plant is also 
mentioned.....
.....as I recall, the Monroe power plant reverses the flow of
the Raison River near the mouth, if memory serves me
correctly.

By the way, the Toledo Blade illustrates what media can
be when it is not from a top-down corporate structure.
The Blade is apparently privately owned and is a
nationally significant newspaper.....
