You are certainly right, the 10-year gap in your data is significant -- especially
in estimating the impact of CAFOs. All of the dairy CAFOs here and in NW
Ohio were built in the last 7 years. All of the 109 Michigan DEQ-documented
liquid manure discharges to the Maumee and River Raisin watersheds occurred
within the last 4 years.
