WHERE?  Royal Oak Community Center (3500 Marais Avenue)

    (East on Lexington Blvd off of Crooks Road between 13 and 14 Mile… go to the end of Lexington where it

     dead ends and turn right onto Marais… Lexington Blvd is next to Kimball High School)

WHY?  It’s a great way to meet-like minded people, hear the latest news on nutrition in an informative and entertaining fashion, and find out more information on how you can become active with Sierra Club.

 

WHO IS SPEAKING?  Jim Corcoran is a Sierra Club member and the Co-Founder and President of the non-profit group, Veggies in Motion (www.veggiesinmotion.org).  He has more than 15 years of plant-based experience and has lectured at colleges, universities, churches, environmental clubs, health seminars, and many other venues.  Jim has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Emergency Medicine and is a Certified Fitness Instructor.
