I've found these non-partisan voter's guides to be pretty helpful. At least you can get some background on all candidates by county (including judicial) and their opinions on some key issues.

Any recommendations for the 4th District Court of Appeals? 

I'm having a hard time finding any information on them, let alone environmental rulings.
