There is a family dairy farm processing and distributing it's milk locally
here in the greater Grand Traverse Area.  Shetler's Family Dairy, 5436 Tyler
Road, Kalkaska, MI 49646, 231-258-8216.  I do not know what process they use
for pasteurization.  They offer non-homogenized whole milk, 2%, skim and a
few other products so far.  They don't use antibiotics or growth hormones;
they are not certified organic yet.  Their milk is available at Oryana Food
Coop in Traverse City and Honor Family Market in Honor (contact them for
other locations.)
