> Nature of Work:
> The person in this position is responsible for teaching outdoor education
> programs for approximately 15-40 hours/week, cleaning and maintaining the
> facilities for approximately 10-20 hours/week, and being on site for

> Program Leader position
> * Lead outdoor/environmental education programs

> The Program Leader position is $10.66/hour - $11.71/hr. if teaching more

> Qualifications and Skills:
> * Experience and enthusiasm working with and teaching children
> * Knowledge of environmental education and natural sciences
> * Ability to work independently without direct supervision
> * Superior verbal and interpersonal skills
> * BA or BS requested
> * Organized and efficient
> * Thorough cleaning skills
> * Independent worker
> * Knowledge of Green building design a plus but not required
