MARK your calendar for Wednesday, January 19,
for our first GREEN COFFEE of 2005:
will include a presentation and brainstorm by Danish Landscape
Architect Vibeke Schroder of co-lab studio, who will present the Bunche
Elementary School "Pretty Garden" phyto-remediation design and
implementation process. The remediation uses plant material to clean
an area in the school yard that tested high in lead. The presentation
will conclude with a discussion/brainstorm around implementing other
remediation projects.

Located on the corner of Main St. and E. Washington in Ann Arbor, Arbor
Brewing company can be reached from I-94. Get off at the State St. exit
(exit 177) and head towards the city of Ann Arbor (north of that exit).
Drive 2.2 miles, then make a slight left onto Packard Street. Make a
right onto S. Main St. Make a right onto E. Washington after 0.2 miles.
Arbor Brewing Company is on the corner of E. Washington and Main Street.
Parking meters are shut off after 6pm, so park wherever you find space,
or
in the parking structure across the street.
