Governor Granholm and The Nature Conservancy To Make Major Announcement on Upper Peninsula

WHO: Governor Jennifer M. WHAT: Announcement of Northern Great Lakes Forest Project

Governor Granholm will make a major announcement on a transaction affecting more than 271,000 acres in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula that will impact jobs, tourism and the environment.

WHEN: 2:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 6, 2005

WHERE: Constitution Hall, 525 W. Allegan, Lansing
