That part of the Northeast ¼ of Section 10, T23N, R5W, Enterprise Township, Missaukee County, described as commencing at the East ¼ corner of said Section 10, thence N 88° 09' 21" W along the East and West ¼ line a distance of 1,318.60 feet to the East line of the Southwest ¼ of the said Northeast ¼, thence N 01° 38' 19" E along the said East line a distance of 952.90 feet to the point if beginning of the following described parcel of land: thence continuing N 01° 38' 19" E along the said East line a distance 16.50 feet; thence N 88° 01' 50" W a distance of 264.00 feet; thence S 01° 38' 19" W a distance 16.50 feet; thence S 88° 01' 50" E a distance of 264.00 feet to the point of beginning. MINERAL AND LAND MANAGEMENT

OIL AND GAS LEASE AUCTION HELD DECEMBER 14, 2004: A total of 96,764.16 acres of state-owned minerals were offered for lease. There were 28 successful bidders out of 34 registered. A total of 84,944.14 acres bid in will be leased between 24 counties of which 53,126.91 acres are classified as development and 31,817.23 are nondevelopment. CHANGE OF CLASSIFICATION OF OIL AND GAS LEASE: Jordan Development Company, L.L.C., of Traverse City, Michigan, has applied for a change in lease classification from Nondevelopment to Development with Restrictions for Lease No. N-38305, Section 12, T29N, R05W, Mancelona Township, Antrim County.
