As a service to anti-CAFO groups/organizations, I've placed
the EPA air pollution CAFO bailout consent order and EPA's
request for public comment  and published in today's federal
register at:

This is the consent order that allows air polluting CAFOs to
buy [$] into an attempt at insulating themselves from lawsuits
charging violations of the Clean Air Act.
