Be sure to look at all the documents: the draft permit is boilerplate language that differs only in providing a couple of specific details (name of receiving waters and the amount of rain that is considered a 25 year, 24 hour rainfall), but the meat of these permits is in the attachment that provides what little detail is required by the MDEQ for the Executive Summary of the Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plan (CNMP). Those familiar with NPDES permits for other industries may want to look at this to contrast this industry with others, especially wastewater treatment facilities that are handling similar types of waste.
