Frist's nuclear option is defeated by bipartison
compromise on judicial nominees

Janice Rogers Brown will probably end up on the DC Circuit Court
of Appeals......since a cloture motion will pass with the deal...

For those not quite connected, all major national environmental
groups have been plugged into the battle over the Nuclear Option,
including Sierra Club, Earthjustice and League of Conservation Voters.
