Many of the folks on this board have no history to know what this decision
means. It's too old. But I have to tell you, this was grass roots
State employees at their best. Many people stepped up and risked their
careers to take this one on. Please never forget that there are
people on the front line doing everything in their power to protect,
defend, and preserve the world's natural resources. And please keep
helping them do their jobs. They do appreciate it.
