The plan tackles many of the problems that plague the Great Lakes, from raw sewage flowing into the lakes and closing beaches to habitat destruction and invasive species that are threatening the region?s fish and wildlife.

The August 1 meeting is the second in a series of six public meetings across the Great Lakes region to get feedback from the public on the draft action plan. Attend the meeting and learn:
·       What?s in the plan and how it impacts Michigan;
·       What citizens support in the plan; and,
·       What citizens oppose in the plan.
