Supreme Court should crack down on federal government's property
grabs
If the U.S. Supreme Court follows the Constitution, it will rule in favor
of Michigan land owners in two cases that challenge the federal government's
ability to regulate wetlands on their properties. This result would not only
restore some rationality to wetlands rules, but uphold core principles of
democracy and keeping decision-making as close to the people as possible.
