Owl Prowl Dec. 3 at Maybury State Park 

The Friends of Maybury State Park will hold an Owl Prowl at the state park at 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3. The program is open to all ages and will include owl calling, stories and refreshments.

Interested participants should meet at the concessions stand at the 8 Mile Road entrance. The program is free; however, donations to the nonprofit group are welcomed. All motor vehicles entering the park must display a motor vehicle permit available at the park. Daily permits are $6 and annual permits are $24 for Michigan residents.
