And, in the end, it was not even close.

It's time to bend over and kiss your grass (and your forests, and your 
water, and your air, and all there that is vulnerable) goodbye.

What a rotten damn shame we do not have representation in the U.S. Senate 
when and where we need it.  I can only imagine how a Roberts Court with 
Alito on it will vote in the Rapanos and other cases where corporate and 
conservation issues collide.

What a damn sorry day this will prove to be.
