E-M:/ Lansing PM-2.5 report probably false

The Lansing PM 2.5 report yesterday was probably a 
false alarm from a high baseline problem....although 
most of the state is well into yellow "moderate" territory.

After about 5 missing hours today for maintenance, the
Lansing monitor is reading about half what it was before
maintenance.
