"You have to give them points for ingenuity.

Certain Michigan legislators, following current
national trends, show real genius in dismantling state
government and blocking it from providing the sorts of
services citizens expect.

The new scheme takes another swipe at state parks and
other spaces controlled by the Department of Natural
Resources. 

I believe Michigan should have state parks, hunting
areas, outdoor recreation lands, public access to
waterways, etc. Not everyone in Lansing agrees. Most
citizens and taxpayers, though, are on my side."
