I've read that sewage that's "partially treated" still contains
bacteria, even after "the solids" are settled out and the stuff is
flushed with chlorine. But does anyone out there have links to what it
looks like and exactly what's left in it that's harmful? Trying to
answer a reader's question/criticism.
