Today's Supreme Court Decision on Clean Water Act jurisdiction 
over wetlands.

It may not be as bad as the first impression since Justice 
Kennedy didn't buy into the plurality opinion of Scalia, 
Thomas, Alito and Roberts, even though joining with them 
to order a remand back to lower courts, but not with their 
opinion on interpretation of the Act....
