A legitimate problem ? If one focus on "problematic" components you can fail to see that what Brad said was indeed the case - a whopping success overall. Too many would throw the baby out with the bathwater!
component problems - expecting small stores to accept large volume returns not purchased at their store; inconsiderate slobs who fail to rinse out the containers seem to me to be real obvious ones. Solutions: 1) post a reasonable store-by-store limit and 2) give store managers the right to reject slob containers - sure you can probably find problems with both of these but get real. MI container recycling is a GREAT success!
