2006)!!! The folks who both make millions of dollars polluting our air and water
with CAFO crap are also leaning hard on Congress to pass out an EXEMPTION for MANURE (read CAFOS) from the Federal
Right to Know Provisions under CERCLA. The bad CERCLA CAFO
House bill, HR 4341 is going to be
considered on suspension (i.e., voted on) sometime tonight. Please CALL
YOUR CONGRESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVES through the Congressional Switchboard [(202)
224-3121 -- ask to be connected to your member of Congress] and ask him or her
