E-M:/ 40 Yr. Commemoration of Fermi 1 reactor melt down in Monroe, MI--please come!

Enviro-Mich message from "Alex J. Sagady & Associates" <ajs@sagady.com>

From: "Kevin Kamps" <kevin@nirs.org>

Dear Friends and Colleagues in Southeast MI and Northwest OH,
40 years ago, on Oct. 5, 1966, ?we almost lost Detroit,? as John Fuller described in his book of the same title, about the Fermi 1 nuclear reactor melt down near Monroe, MI. We almost lost large chunks of MI, OH, Lake Erie, and/or Ontario, as well, depending on which way the wind was blowing that day.
We hope you can join us for the following event. See announcement below. Please spread the word to others who would be interested. Thanks.
