Enviro-Mich message from "Alex J. Sagady & Associates" <ajs@sagady.com>

This first week of October in 1996 saw the original launch
of Enviro-Mich ten years ago.

EM quickly became a mission-critical method of
information dissemination that allowed activists all
around the state to know about each other's activities
and that allowed a sort of electronic mail commons for
Michigan's broad and diverse citizen environmental movement.

From the Raison River watershed problems with CAFOs in
extreme southeastern Michigan to the Lake Superior shoreline
in the Upper Peninsula...from the air pollution and environmental
justice issues in Southwest Detroit and Dearborn to the Lake Michigan
and Lake Huron shoreline....from beach walking on the Great Lakes
to the groundwater in Mecosta County, to the forests management matter
of the Upper Peninsula....EM is the place where you're going to hear
about it first and foremost.

Thanks for your continuing interest in Michigan environmental
protection and conservation during the ten year life of Enviro-Mich.
