E-M:/ Breathing Air You Can See

Enviro-Mich message from "Alex J. Sagady & Associates" <ajs@sagady.com>

Do you like to breathe air you can see?

Here is NASA MODIS satellite imagery from Michigan and Wisconsin
for November 23, 2006 during the PM 2.5 air pollution episode we
were having that day:

That day there was a stationary front going through the Mackinac
area and down through northern Wisconson. Note the visible
haze (not clouds) extending over northern Michigan to central/ southern
Wisconsin and northern Illinois. A large patch of fog is visible with a northern edge
covering the lower SE Michigan area, where haze is also visible
north of the fog area.
