Apparently not. Not on the current calendar. Not among Public Comment
Opportunities. Not under "New Water Withdrawal Law for Michigan."
Maybe someone at DEQ will actually post a link... soon... maybe?
In the meantime, luckily, at least one link there _is_ relevant...
