Dear Michigan, 

Two articles are below detailing the sentence and fine ordered of David
Kircher by Judge Brown in Ann Arbor, after Kircher dumped 25,000 to 100,000
gallons of raw sewage in 2004.  Thank you to Michigan AG's office for
pursuing this case.

5-year prison sentence and a $1-million fine Wednesday for polluting
the Huron River with raw sewage.

and ordered to pay a $1 million fine on Wednesday for dumping
thousands of gallons of raw sewage into a drain that leads to the
