Media Advisory:  Kalamazoo River Cleanup announcement in Plainwell, Mi, 2 p.m., Wed. Feb. 28

CHICAGO (Feb. 27, 2007) - U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 5 and the State of Michigan will make an important announcement about the ongoing effort to clean up Michigan's Kalamazoo River, 2 p.m., Wed. Feb. 28, at the Plainwell Comfort Inn, 622 Allegan St.

Representatives from a number of agencies involved will be available.  Reporters who cannot attend but would like more information may call EPA Public Affairs' Mick Hans, (312) 353-5050 or Don de Blasio, (312) 886-4360.
