The Great Lakes sportfishers are giving credit due to the GW Bush administration for the VHS disease spread to the Great Lakes. The GW Bush administration has always been more interested in protecting the maritime industry lobby bribes than the welfare of the Great Lakes. The GW Bush administration could have closed off the ballast water invasion long ago, but has never cared about the Great Lakes. Credit is also due to all the "Sportsmen for Bush" bumper stickers that helped harm their own fishery. They knew better, but poetic justice got what they voted for.
