Tomorrow, April 25 the Ecology Center will be hosting
its 2007 annual membership meeting, focusing on
upcoming public transit options in SE Michigan.

The meeting features a presentation about the new
commuter rail proposals for Ann Arbor, Detroit, and
southeast Michigan.  After years of discussion and
planning, new commuter rail services ? between Ann

nonprofit organization dedicated to improving
transportation access and mobility in Greater
Detroit.  Eli Cooper is the Transportation Manager for
City of Ann Arbor, and the chief planner of the City?s
?Model for Mobility? transportation vision.

The event starts at 7:00 p.m. at the Kerrytown Concert
House, at 415 N. Fourth Ave., in Ann Arbor. Our
meeting, as always, is open to the general public.

The Ecology Center annual meeting also includes
program updates, environmental awards, and election of
the Center's Board of Directors.  The meeting is open
to the general public, and admission is free.  For
