I'm sure it didn't hurt to have over 300 people
turn-out for the forum that the EPA held after the
city demanded an opportunity to comment on the
proposal. The EPA may not have cared what 300
residents thought of the ill-conceived idea but you
can bet the politicians in attendance took note!
