We all need to spread the word and generate excitement in this week for the upcoming LiveEarth concert Saturday. It's a great opportunity to stir people and wake them up!!!

Not that this forum needs motivation, but I just heard this on NPR this morning. China has now moved beyond the United States in total CO2 output, a couple years ahead of schedule.

China actually overtook the United States in emissions of CO2 by 8 percent in 2006. While China was 2 percent below the U.S. in 2005, voracious coal consumption and increased cement production caused the numbers to rise rapidly, the group said.
