Abby Rubley and Jeff Kart have enlightened
me somewhat. Thank you. Can either of you tell me the position of
the Michigan DEQ or of the US EPA covering Region 5 on the attachment of the No
Child Left Inside Act to the No Child Left Behind Law that Congress is in the
process of reauthorizing? I have just downloaded information on ‘Write a
letter to the Editor using these talking points’ regarding this
