The Community Climate Forum held at MSU on January 31, 2008
as part of the national Focus the Nation effort is now available for viewing
thanks to our local public television station, WKAR, which filmed the event. Panelists
for the event included J. Peter Lark, General Manager of Lansing Board of Water
and Light; Rep. Paul Opsommer, House Energy Committee; Skip Pruss, Advisor to
the Governor for alternative energy and the environment; Marci Baranski,
student representative of Eco; Prof. Satish Joshi, Agricultural Economics;
Prof. Julie Winkler, Geography; and Prof. Aaron McCright, Sociology and Lyman
Briggs College.
