Nestle’s Ice Mountain water bottling plant won new permits today to expand production. The Department of Environmental Quality said the company’s new well and plans for a pipeline that will be built beneath wetlands in Osceola County to its bottling plant in Stanwood will not harm streams or the wetlands.
